Ingredients:
1kg mustard leaves(chopped and boiled)
20ml oil
2gm mustard seeds
3gm ginger paste
3gm garlic paste
20gm maize flour
50gm white butter
3gm red chilli powder
Salt to taste
Method:
1) take the oil in a pan or kadhai and add mustard seeds.
2) When it starts crackling , add ginger garlic paste and sauté it.
3) Add maize flour and cook it well.
4) Then, add mustard leaves and cook till it is done.
5) Finish it with butter.
6) Serve hot garnished with fresh cream .
