Dried Fried Delight – Heeng ,Dhaniye ke Chaptey Aloo(Veg)

Ingredients:
500gm baby potato(peeled/boiledcut in to half)
3gm asafetida(hing)
60gm tomato(chopped)
3gm turmeric powder
15ml oil
5gm coriander powder
3gm red chilli powder
8gm raw mango powder(aamchur powder)
Salt to taste

For garnishing:
25gm coriander leaves(chopped)
A few tomato

Method:
1) Take oil in a kadhai or pan , add the asafetida.
2) Then add turmeric powder , cumin seeds powder and cook.
3) Add ginger garlic paste and the chopped tomatoes and cook.
4) Add seasoning and the potatoes and mix.
5) Serve hot,garnished with chopped coriander and tomato dices.
