Ingredients:
600gm brinjal(wash and fried)
400gm onion
100gm tomatoes
2gm ginger
3green chillies
2gm turmeric powder
2gm cumin seeds
3 whole red chilli
50gm cashew nuts
5gm garlic paste
20gm ghee
Oil
Salt to taste.
Method:
1) Take oil in a kadhai, add cumin seeds.
2) When they start crakling add onions and let them turn golden brown.
3) Add tomatoes and the seasoning and cook well.
4) Add cashew nut paste and then friend brinjals to the gravy.
5) Finish with hot spice powder(garam masala)
6) Serve hot ,garnished with coriander leaves.
