Dried Fried Delight – Jeera Aloo(Veg)

Ingredients:
500gm baby potato(peeled and boiled cut into half)
15gm oil
5gm cumin seeds
2gm turmeric powder
5gm cumin seeds powder
5gm coriander powde
3gm red chilli powder
60gm tomatoes(finely chopped)
5gm chaat masala
Salt to taste

For Garnishing:
15gm coriander leaves(chopped)

Method:
1) Take oil in a kadhai , add cumin seeds , as they start to crackle .
2) Add ginger garlic paste and sauté well.
3) Put in the tomatoes and seasoning and stir for a while .
4) Add the potatoes and saute.
5) Finish with hot spice powder and garnish with coriander leaves.
