Ingredients:
500gm lady’s fingers(sliced)
4gm red chilli powder
20gm gram flour(besan)
15 gm cornflour
10gm chaat masala
Oil to fry
Salt to taste
Method:
1) Mix gram flour (besan),cornflour,red chilli powder and salt .
2) Dust the lady’s finger slices in this mixture .
3) Sprinkle water over ladysfinger and deep fry till crisp brown.
4) Finish it with garam masala .
5) Serve with sauce or green chutney.
