Ingredients:
300gm French beans
100gm paneer (cottage cheese)
½ tsp mustard seeds
2 dry red chillies
2 tomatoes(finely cut into small pieces)
1 tablespoon turmeric powder
3-4 tablespoon oil
Salt to taste.
Method:
1) String the French beans and cut into tiny pieces.
2) Heat the oil in a kadhai and add the mustard seeds.
3) Allow these to splutter.
4) Mix in the beans and the tomatoes and the rest of the spieces.
5) Cover with a lid and cook over a low flame till the beans are tender.
6) Crumble the panner with your fingers and add to the beans.
7) Mix weel and transfer to a serving dish.
8) Serve hot with parathas , tandoori roti or Naan.
