Mughlai & Tandoori Fare Recipe :Paneer Tikka(Veg)

Ingrediants:
250 gm paneer(cottage cheese)
20gm besan
5gm red chilli powder
2gm garam masala
2gm ajwain
20gm ginger garlic paste
20gm cream
Salt to taste

For Garnishing:
Chat Masala

Method:
1) Cut the paneer into even sized pieces. Make a fine paste by mixing all the above
mentioned ingredients and apply it evenly on the piecesof paneer.
2) Put it on a skewer and cook it in a tandoor , or in a griller.
3) Serve garnished with chat masala.
