Ingredients:
1 kg carrot
150 ml condensed Milk
100 gm Sugar
50gm Ghee
100gm Khoya
3 Green Cardamoms
For Garnishing:
30g, Cashew Nut(fried)
30gm Almond (fried)
30gm raisins
30gm Pista
Chandi ka warak
Method :
1) Peel and grate the carrots.
2) Take ghee in a kadhai and add grated carrots.
3) Sauté till the carrots are tender.
4) Add milk and reduce the flame till all moisture has evapourated.
5) Mix condensed milk.
6) Finally, add khoya (Retaining some for garnishing) and green cardamoms.
7) Serve your favourite Shahi Gajar Ka Halwa with Fried Dry fruits and khoya and chandi ka warak.
